The 1384/5/1427 was
made by our friends at Harmony, and closely related to the Espanada. The earliest catalog listing spec'd an aluminum binding, but I've not seen
a Silvertone branded guitar with it, although I've seen several Harmony Espanadas
with the 'countertop' binding.
